For meals, you can enjoy a high-grade meal of sukiyaki and tempura made with domestic A5-grade beef, as well as a special chanko nabe made under the supervision of a sumo wrestler. (Vegetarian options available with prior application). All-you-can-drink drinks are included, including domestic whiskey. In the sumo show, former sumo wrestlers will explain the history of sumo, training methods, prohibited moves, winning moves, and more, and you can enjoy the show. You can also experience sumo (challenge sumo) if you wish (limited number of participants). Before the sumo show, you will also enjoy a traditional Japanese dance performance by geisha. After the show, you will have the opportunity to take a commemorative photo with the former wrestlers on the ring. You will receive a special souvenir when you leave. During the sumo show, we will provide detailed information in both Japanese and English about the history of sumo and how to practice. Opened in February 2025 as an upscale branch of the popular Asakusa Sumo Club, this entertainment restaurant features a real sumo ring for immersive performances by former wrestlers. Advance booking via Jasumo Tickets ensures reserved seating for one of four daily shows, ideal for peak tourist seasons (e.g., summer 2025). Reviews

  • “My mother and I came here together. The museum is not too big or too small, and there weren’t many people, so we were able to take our time looking around. It’s recommended for people who don’t like crowds, as you can take your time looking around during the day on a weekday.”
  • “I was interested in this exhibit, and finally I was able to go. I was glad to see so many beautiful goldfish and tropical fish. Personally, I was happy to see the garden eels and the giant arowana.”
  • “The combination of Japanese colors and goldfish was wonderful and well worth seeing.”
