Jasumo Tickets is a Japan-based ticket marketplace designed to help international visitors and residents purchase event tickets in Japan. We source tickets from both official platforms and verified secondary market sellers, allowing customers to access events that may be difficult to book otherwise.

Our goal is to make event access in Japan easy, transparent, and secure for everyone — especially foreigners who face language or payment barriers.

2. Use of the Website

By using Jasumo Tickets, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.

• You will use our platform only for lawful purposes.

• You will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

Any misuse of the website, such as fraudulent activities, unauthorized resale, or interference with operations, may result in account suspension and legal action.

3. Ticket Availability and Pricing

All tickets listed on Jasumo Tickets are subject to availability. Because we also source from the secondary market, ticket prices may be higher or lower than the original face value.

After you place an order, our team will:

1. Verify current market availability and delivery options.

2. Notify you promptly if the ticket price differs from the listed price.

   • If the price is higher, you may choose to pay the difference or request a refund.

   • If the price is lower, we will refund the remaining amount promptly.

If you do not wish to continue with the purchase due to a price increase, we will issue a refund minus the payment processing fee charged by the payment provider.

We recommend contacting us before purchase to confirm the current ticket price and delivery method.

4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers to ensure your financial data remains protected.

5. Delivery Methods

Depending on the event and ticket type, we offer several delivery methods:

• Electronic Ticket – Sent digitally via email or QR code.

• Paper Ticket – Delivered via Japan Post to your preferred address (hotel, home, or Airbnb).

• Convenience Store Pickup – Collected from convenience stores in Japan using a voucher number.

• Hand-Delivered Ticket – Personally delivered to your hotel by our staff.

Delivery schedules may vary depending on event organizers, ticket sources, and your selected method. Our team will contact you shortly after your order to confirm details.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If a ticket cannot be secured or delivered, a full refund (minus payment processing fees) will be issued.

• If you cancel your order before confirmation or refuse a higher resale price, you are eligible for a refund (minus fees).

• Once a ticket has been confirmed and issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded, unless the event itself is canceled by the organizer.

• In the case of event cancellation, refunds will follow the official organizer’s policy.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep event information accurate, Jasumo Tickets is not responsible for errors, changes, or cancellations made by event organizers.
Event dates, venues, and start times are subject to change — please verify details before attending.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jasumo Tickets acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sources.
We are not responsible for:

• Event postponements, cancellations, or schedule changes.

• Acts of third parties (e.g., delivery companies or event organizers).

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ticket use or non-use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your ticket order.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions.

• Attempt to resell tickets purchased through Jasumo Tickets without authorization.

• Use bots or automated tools to make purchases.

• Interfere with website security or operations.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent account ban.

10. Privacy
