• Cancel the ticket(s) without refund.

• Suspend or close the account.

• Share information with event organizers or authorities if necessary.

4. Staying Safe

To avoid trouble or scams, always buy tickets directly from Jasumo Tickets or from official event partners.
We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from third-party sellers.
