What is a “Sma Ticket” (SUMACHIKE) and how does it work?

A Sma Ticket is a digital ticket used via the ePlus app on your smartphone. Once the ticket is issued to your device, you simply show the screen at the venue entrance to be scanned for admission, eliminating the need for physical paper.

Are there seats available at the venues?

Most TETORA shows, especially at venues like Club Quattro and Sendai Darwin, are “All Standing” events. This means there are no assigned seats, and fans occupy the floor space on a first-come, first-served basis according to their entry number.

Can preschool children attend the concert?

No, preschool children are not permitted to enter the venue for this tour. Children of elementary school age and older are allowed to attend, but they must have their own valid ticket for entry.
